INTRODUCTION

Tstarlimited ('Website') is an online marketplace of natural diamonds, gemstones, and diamond and gemstone studded jewellery owned, operated and managed by T Star Limited (or 'we' or 'us' or ‘our’). In using/accessing our website, you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of the agreement listed below or as may be revised from time to time ('User Agreement'), which is, for an indefinite period and you understand and agree that you are bound by such terms till the time you access this Website. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this User Agreement from time to time without any obligation to inform you and it is your responsibility to look through them as often as possible. PRODUCT POLICY

We guarantee that all our diamonds are natural, untreated, and unenhanced. While our experienced, in-house GIA graduate gemologist grades uncertified diamonds, there is a possibility of a different evaluation regarding the cut, clarity, colour, polish, symmetry, etc. from a GIA laboratory or any other certification laboratory regarding the same diamonds. 

In the event of an uncertified diamond being purchased by a buyer and sent to a GIA laboratory or any other certification laboratory for certification, we at T-Star Limited shall not be liable if the results vary from our description of the same uncertified diamond. We, at T-Star Limited, shall not be obligated to refund or compensate the buyer for the varied description of the certification. 

In the event of an certified diamond being purchased by a buyer and re-sent to a GIA laboratory or any other certification laboratory for certification, we at T-Star Limited shall not be liable if the results vary from our description of the same certified diamond. We, at T-Star Limited, shall not be obligated to refund or compensate the buyer for the varied description of the certification. 

In the event of a product being sold to more than one buyer simultaneously, we, at T-Star Limited exclusively hold the rights to refuse or cancel the order placed by one or both of the buyers.

PRICING POLICY

While we strive to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. We cannot confirm the price of a product until after you order. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched. In the event that an item is mis-priced, we may, at our sole discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Unless the product ordered by you has been dispatched, your offer will not be deemed accepted and we will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address or the contact number provided by you during the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. In the event we accept your order the same shall be debited to your credit / debit card account and duly notified to you by email or the contact number, as the case may be, that the payment has been processed. The payment may be processed prior to dispatch of the product that you have ordered. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to your credit / debit card account. We strive to provide you with best value, however prices and availability are subject to change without notice. All orders are required to be paid for in US Dollars only. As a customer, you will be liable for the payments processed under your account no, as the customer details entered or given at the time of registration are verified against the internal customer database.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is available to the USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, UAE, Europe, Israel, Hong Kong and Mexico. Please note that relevant duty/taxes as per laws of the respective countries will have to be borne by the buyer. Only reputed shipping companies namely, FedEx and UPS are used by us to ship our products globally. Please note that every parcel is completely insured. Upon receiving the confirmation of the order and the payment by the buyer, the order is processed and shipped in 2-3 working days. Customized orders may take up to 4 weeks inclusive of making, processing and shipping.

 

REFUND POLICY

A promo code, once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order either by Customer or T Star Limited. Owing to the delicate nature of our product offerings, we do not provide any refund and return services.

 

DATA POLICY

The following information is collected from the client - First Name, Last Name, Gender, Mobile, Email, Country, Profile Picture (Optional), Billing Address, Shipping Address, Order Item Details, Amount, and Order Date & Time. The information is collected once the user registers and/or places an order on our website. We use customer data for future communication only, we don’t share/sell data to any third party OR outside of the organisation. We don’t collect any Card/Payment information. We store data in our backend to process the customer orders. For data we use our custom development. No third-party tool is being used for website development. As a result of this customers will be able to see his/her past orders, order status, etc.

 

GENERAL TERMS OF USE

  • Our website does not carry a search engine leading to casino, time-share, club membership, arms dealing or child pornography.
  • Our website does not involve any Child Pornography or any offense against children.
  • Our entire website is secured with SSL Certificate. For Transaction security we use bank gateway directly, It depends upon gateway service provider.
  • As part of our stringent policy, we only accept the permanent address of the buyer. No temporary address or ‘care of’ is considered/expected.
